Premier World Tours LLC dba Premier World Discovery (herea er PWD), whose
vouchers are used by respec ve agents for the passenger in all ma ers pertaining to hotel accommoda ons, sightseeing tours and transporta on, hold themselves free of responsibility for any damages occasioned from any cause whatsoever. PWD will not be responsible for any damages or inconvenience caused by late arrivals, departures and change of schedule or other condi ons nor will they be responsible for any act, omission, or event during the  me the passenger is not on board their conveyance. The passage contract in use by the airline concerned, when issued, shall cons tute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser of this tour/cruise, and/or passenger. PWD does not hold any responsibility for the conduct of any of its members, hotel, motorcoach, cruiseline, train, airline or other personnel. PWD reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of a tour/cruise at its discre on. PWD and/or its Tour Director retain the right to require any par cipant to withdraw from a tour/cruise at any  me, if determined to be in the best interests of health, safety & general welfare of the tour/cruise group or of the individual par cipant. I nerary and Hotels are subject to change.
Arbitra on- I/We agree, any and all disputes concerning this contract or any other material concerning the trip, or the trip itself must be resolved exclusively pursuant to binding arbitra on in the state of California, pursuant to the then current rules of the American Arbitra on Associa on. Photography and Video on Tour
Occasionally, Premier World Discovery will use photographs and or video taken by fellow travelers, your Premier Tour Director or a photographer on tour for print, Internet and other media promo onal purposes. If you prefer that your image not be used in any marke ng ac vi es, please just no fy your Premier Tour Director at the start of your tour, cruise or river cruise.

What is not included in the Land Only tour price?
The Land Only price does not include roundtrip air travel, airline fees, airport or departure taxes, Hotel Transfers, Hometown Transfers, visas, customary end-of-trip gratui es for your Tour Director, drivers, local guides, hotel housekeepers, cruise ship sta  and any incidental charges.
Can Premier World Discovery book my Roundtrip Airfare?
Yes, Premier World Discovery is happy to assist you with a Roundtrip Air Package
Booking (RT Air Package). Due to tour scheduling and limited availability, you are strongly encouraged to take advantage of a PWD RT Air Package which includes Roundtrip Airfare & Hotel Transfers. We are not responsible for air arrangements you have made on your own. On occasion, it is necessary to change tour dates. In this case, we can only protect air reserva ons booked through Premier World Discovery. For all air reserva ons, it is strongly recommended to recon rm  ights before departure, in the event that the airline has an unexpected schedule change. We cannot assume responsibility for schedule changes, rou ngs or  ight cancella ons involving the airlines. Not all airlines o er pre- assigned seats. Some charge a fee for seats which will be at the passenger’s expense. Where pre-assigned seats are not o ered, the passengers must contact the airline directly to arrange seat assignments.
When do I get my Travel Documents?
14-17 days prior to departure. Final travel documents include the trip i nerary, hotel informa on, name tags, luggage tags,  ight schedule* and E- ckets* and des na on informa on. All documents are shipped to arrive 14-17 days prior to departure. Please specify at  me of booking where the documents should be sent.

Where do I meet my PWD Tour Director if I add the PWD RT Air Package? Are Hotel Transfers included with RT Air Package?
Any passenger purchasing an air inclusive package (PWD RT Air Package) and traveling on the normal adver sed departure and return dates will be met at the des na on airport by a PWD Tour Director or another representa ve for an included transfer to the  rst hotel or ship. The person gree ng the passenger will be outside the baggage claim or customs area (Interna onal programs). Any passenger doing an air devia on or doing a Pre or Post hotel stay will not receive PWD Hotel Transfers nor can they purchase the transfers. No refund will be given if a passenger chooses not to u lize the included Hotel Transfers.
Where do I meet my PWD Tour Director if I book Land Only? Can I purchase Hotel Transfers with a Land Only Booking?
If you book a Land Only package and make your own air arrangements your tour will begin at your  rst hotel. The PWD Tour Director will make contact with you at the hotel and will provide details rela ng to your tour. The hotel address and phone number will be included in your Travel Documents. Hotel Transfers are not included for Land Only Passengers. Passengers making Land Only Bookings may purchase Hotel Transfers for $100 per person Roundtrip or $50 per person One Way ( me constraints apply). Hotel Transfers are only available on regular travel dates, they are not available for pre/post stays. Passengers are under no obliga on to purchase PWD Hotel Transfers. Please note that some PWD tours involve long transfers to the  rst hotel or ship.
Do you accept late bookings?
Yes, late bookings a er our normal Final Payment Due Date are on request basis, subject to air increases and payable with a credit card.
Are the hotels listed in the brochure guaranteed?
The hotels listed in this brochure are subject to change. In cases where a hotel subs tu on is necessary (certain high demand events or unique booking situa ons), PWD strives to provide equal accommoda ons that preserve the PWD quality, loca on and touring components.
Are a rac ons always available?
Access to some a rac ons or Premier World Discovery sites may be a ected by the observance of holidays, weather condi ons or other circumstances. As a result, the days and order of sightseeing may change to best u lize your  me on tour. Boat rides are weather permi ng. Some a rac ons may not be available during the “o -season” months. When a rac ons are unavailable, other similar a rac ons will be subs tuted. Wildlife sigh ngs are not guaranteed.
Is there a lot of walking on tour?
Our i neraries include many ac vi es and may consist of walking on uneven terrain or signi cant walking at  mes. Some of the most unique sightseeing can mean accessing loca ons that restrict motorcoaches, especially in historic areas. Some hotels and lodges may not have elevators. For your comfort, we recommend packing comfortable walking shoes so you can fully enjoy every aspect of your tour.
What is the pacing and physical requirements on a PWD tour? What does the PWD Ac vity Level mean?
Tour pacing varies by i nerary, and each des na on’s sightseeing and ac vi es are unique. In order to make the best personal choice, each passenger should carefully
study the day-by-day i nerary, and decide whether he or she is capable of handling
the various aspects of each tour. For overnight pacing of a tour, please refer to the “Accommoda ons” sec on on each tour page and the tour map. These describe the number of nights you will stay in each hotel during your tour. Please understand that by their very nature, all tours involve a certain amount of moving from place to place, ge ng on and o  various modes of transporta on and naviga ng tourist sites on foot. The Tour Ac vity Level Ranking is featured on each tour i nerary in a box.
Level 1: The tour operates at a very leisurely pace and involves some minimal physical ac vity such as climbing stairs, boarding a motorcoach, walking into a museum or other venue and walking from the hotel recep on area to hotel rooms and dining areas.
Level 2: This tour requires average physical ac vity. You should be in good health, able to walk some stairs and walk reasonable distances, possibly over uneven ground and cobblestoned streets.
Level 3: This tour includes moderate physical ac vity. The i nerary blends some longer days with shorter days. You should be in good health, able to walk a  ight of stairs or more and par cipate in walking tours or nature walks possibly over uneven ground and cobblestoned streets with periods of standing. There could be some early and late ac vi es, and temperature and al tude changes.
Level 4: This tour is ac ve, requiring par cipants to be good physical shape to fully enjoy the experiences. This i nerary has more ac vi es which may include such things as longer walking tours over uneven ground, transfers over uneven and dusty terrain, high al tudes or very early morning departures. All condi ons do not apply to all days, so please read the i nerary carefully and speak to one of our Reserva ons Coordinators to determine if this tour is right for you. Unfortunately, this tour is not appropriate for individuals who use wheelchairs, scooters, walkers or similar equipment.
Do you rotate seats on tours?
Seats are rotated onboard the coach for all Premier World Discovery tours under the direc on of the Tour Director so that we do not show par ality among passengers, excep ons cannot be made.
What size is a triple room?
A triple room is the same size as a two bedded room and beds will accommodate three people, but we cannot guarantee that there will be three separate beds. Triple rates are for exis ng two bedded rooms. A rollaway bed may be requested but cannot be guaranteed due to size of room and  re codes.
